Love is Not Enough

I am a huge proponent of leading with your heart and letting love really guide you. I guess I say that with the caveat that love is not the only thing and not enough alone. I also believe that you have to use the mind that God gave you. We were all created unique and are special and different in our own ways.

I have been reflecting on the past few months of my life recently. I have found that the direction that I tried is not turning out as I had expected. I did meet a woman that is an absolutely wonderful person. She is smart, fun, intelligent, witty, frugal, and matches me on so many different levels. We are definitely able to share love!

As I mentioned above though, love is not enough or is it. My endeavors recently have not been a true reflection of who I am. They were a step outside the box. They were a step that would scare most and one that maybe the majority of people would not take. Through this experience, I have been able to gain a better perspective that I believe will lead to even more success. I will never have to look back on my life and say, "I wish I would've tried."

The fact is that I did try and I am happy that I did. Just the simple fact that I tried gives me a different perspective. I believe that I am more able to see the small victories even better than before. I believe that God has great things in store for me and will begin to bless my life beyond my imagination! I believe that your life will be blessed too! So, keep your prayers and dreams big and your heart wide open. Peace, Love, and Happiness!!!
